About us
Who we are
Money coaching is guidance that helps people understand, manage, and improve their finances. It focuses on setting goals, creating plans, and building healthy money habits.
The Money Coaching Coalition is a growing movement of organisations and individuals committed to one shared belief: everyone deserves access to high-quality money coaching.
Born out of the Money Coaching Manifesto, the Coalition exists to shift money coaching from the margins to the mainstream – embedding it as a core part of how people build confidence, capability and long-term financial wellbeing.
Coordinating committee
A number of organisations have agreed to help coordinate early activities in a voluntary capacity. If you would like your organisation to also be involved please let us know.
A more formal coalition is due to be established in H2 2026.

A future where money coaching is a normal, trusted and integrated part of everyday life – preventative rather than reactive, and available to everyone, regardless of income or background.

First kickoff meeting
The session marked the first formal convening of an initial coalition committed to accelerating progress on financial confidence and capability in the UK.
February - June 2026
Network seeding
We are convening a series of industry sprints and collaborative calls, bringing together leaders, practitioners and innovators from across the ecosystem. These sessions are testing ideas, surfacing challenges, and co-creating practical pathways to scale money coaching.
This phase is about connection and momentum – building relationships and turning shared ambition into action.

Mission completed
Every UK adult will have experienced, and ideally adopted, a money coach.
